Peptides
From Metabolic Mess to Metabolic Masterpiece
What are Peptides?
Let's demystify this, because the word gets thrown around like everyone already knows. Peptides are simply short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks that make up the proteins in your body. They occur naturally in all of us and play a role in how the body communicates and functions.
In recent years, peptides have gotten a lot of attention in the weight loss industry (think Ozempic, Monjouro, Wegovy, etc) but that is just the tip of the iceberg. The conversation around recovery, energy, and longevity is getting louder, which is exactly why there's so much noise (and so much gray-market nonsense) around them.
My take is simple: if peptides are something you're curious about, you deserve to explore them in a safe, physician-supervised setting where real providers can answer your questions, not in a sketchy DM, ordering from some random website in China paying with bitcoin. Lord only knows what is in some of these vials! I ain’t gonna lie, I have used some gray market peptides, but they came from a trusted friend, with legitimate (as much as it can be right now), without any side effects.
My Peptide Story
I have not been shy in sharing my peptide story success. In May of 2025, I was a heart attack waiting to happen, a “metabolic mess”. Blood sugar out of control, high cholesterol, a belly button waist circumferance climbing to almost 43”, a body fat percentage pushing 44% and a Type II diabetic.
I had been doing all the right things: eating clean most of the time, working out three times a week, getting sleep, yet nothing was working. After trying Metformin to get my blood sugar down with little success (and a raunchy gut), my doctor and I discussed low-dosing Tirzepatide aka a GLP (Glucagon like peptide). Within 6 weeks I had dropped 18 pounds, my bloodwork numbers were FINALLY heading in the right direction and I was feeling amazing.
Fast forward to May of 2026, ALL my metabolic markers are in the optimal range, my bodyfat percentage is under 25%, and I’m down close to 50 lbs…and only have lost 4lbs. of muscle with NONE of the nasty side effects.
It is now my mission to help other GenX women, like you, to NOT let your age stop you from being the healthiest version of yourself at an age when society says we should be suffering.
I say EFF THAT, and show the world what you are made of. You didn’t survive drinking from a garden hose and inhaling obnoxious amounts of Aqua Net to sit down, shut up and let the millenials have all the fun!
This is your era. Own every damn second of it.3
Why I Partnered with BelleMD (And Who This Is For)
Let me be straight with you, because that's the only way I am. The wellness world is full of noise. And lately, peptides are everywhere, in your feed, in group chats, in that DM from someone you barely know promising you'll feel 20 again. Some of it is exciting. A lot of it is the Wild, Wild West. (cue the Escape Club).
Here's what scares me: most of what people are buying is coming from gray-market sources. No physician. No oversight. No idea what's actually in the vial. That's not a corner I'm willing to cut, and it's not one I'd ever ask you to cut either. I am lucky (or unlucky) because I became a Type II diabetic, my insurance covers my Tirzepatide prescription. But so many women I know want to use it, but it’s ridiculously expensive and they don’t want to go at it alone.
So when my wellness company announced they partnered with the telehealth company, BelleMD, I was sooooo excited! Like scoring front row seats to a Bon Jovi concert in 1984 excited! In addition BelleMD is partnered with 503A compounding pharmacy monitored by the FDA!
What makes BelleMD different
BelleMD is a physician-supervised telehealth platform. That means a licensed provider is actually involved; reviewing, supervising, and working through a licensed compounding pharmacy. Not a guy on the internet. Not a sketchy reseller. Not some here is a vial of peptides & bac water…mix it up and guess how much you should be injecting yourself with. (Yes, I know people doing that!). No, actual monitoring by medical professionals, dispensed by a legit pharmacy.
For me, that's the whole ballgame. I've spent the last 15 years as someone who's done the work to transform my own health. I'm not interested in shortcuts that put you at risk. I'm interested in real options, done right.
Here's how it works
This is simple. I'm not your doctor, and I'm not selling you anything off the back of a truck. What I'm doing is pointing you toward a safe, legitimate place to explore your options, get medical advice from a physician and get it from a legit, safe source.
Starting on July 1st, when you head over to my link to BelleMD, you'll find all the information, the full menu, and the ordering process, all handled directly through their platform with their providers. Your questions about what's right for you get answered by people qualified to answer them.

Why I'm telling you this
I don't recommend things I haven't vetted. If you've been peptide-curious but (rightfully) skeptical about where to even start, this is me opening you a door that I trust. Go look. Ask your questions. Make the decision that's right for you, with a real provider, and me, in your corner.
That's it. No pressure, no hard sell. Just a safe space to start.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a doctor, or are you giving medical advice?
Nope, and nope. I'm a content creator and wellness entrepreneur sharing a resource I trust. All medical questions, decisions, and care happen through BelleMD's licensed providers — not me.
Why peptides through a telehealth platform instead of just buying online?
Because where it comes from matters. BelleMD works through a licensed compounding pharmacy with physician supervision. That's a different universe from the unregulated, gray-market stuff floating around social media.
Do I need anything before I head to BelleMD?
Just your questions and an open mind. BelleMD's process walks you through everything — eligibility, options, and ordering — directly on their platform.
Is this only for women over 50?
That's my community and who I create for, but BelleMD's platform is its own thing. Head over and see what fits you.
